supreme court judges history

Can anyone name a judge of the Federal Circuit Court in United States history, which was never revoked once?
If that is the standard we will use in Sotomayor, I wonder what the judges have met in the history of that rule. Probably had at least one federal district court judge that was never annulled because he or she never expressed an opinion, perhaps because he or she died before they ever have the opportunity to make a decision. To fair play, let the judges rule that way. So: Can anyone name a federal circuit court justice who was never overturned by the Supreme Court?
Magistrate Judge Martin C. Ashman never revoked. He is just one example. (But I'm not saying that is the standard to be used on candidates for the Supreme Court, which has just to ask for an example.)
