How do you feel about this current case of the Supreme Court?
How http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/04/22/scotus.reverse.discrimination/index.html Do you think the Court will rule in this case and what are your views on this? Personally I am outraged by the idea of being denied a promotion because the other did not do well on a test. If both minorities and whites have the same anatomy and such, why do we have two different types of tests? And whose fault is it really they do not? Would not the person who does not study enough? Or was not qualified? This is just another case of reverse discrimination. If I were one of those i fire would be annoying.
