No child predators bamboozle you? This is the title of an email I received this morning from Yello Dyno.

"We've been bamboozled the long enough. The old saying "out of sight, out of mind 'has become the social norm, to the delight of child predators." – Mail Yello Dyno-mail continues.

Yes, I agree that we've been bamboozled long enough for predators – and society is also being duped by Yello Dyno. Yello Dyno approach sexual abuse in connection with sexual predators looking to child abuse outside the family. This is totally misleading. Studies show that 80% of children who are sexually abused are abused by a family member, 19% are abused by someone the child knows and trusts.

Yello Dyno techniques that help children are headed by a person known outside the family. However, most children are sexually abused by a member of the family. Government statistics report that only 1% of children who are sexually abused are abused by a stranger – However, that's what the reports of the media. Thus, the media is contributing to society duped.

ABC reporter Dateline, Chris Hansen has presented a series, "To Catch a Predator". Using decoys as a minor on the Internet, instant messaging system predators are attracted to a house where a lure is waiting and the Dateline hidden camera crew is recording the event, while police wait to watch near predators arrested as soon as the predator has entered the house and learned that Chris Hansen is a set-up.

or 4 percent of the children questioned have had face to face with people who met online. A meeting of an unknown teenager too.

30th percent said they have seen someone's face Meeting-to-face they know only through Internet.

or 71 percent reported receiving online messages from someone who did not know.

or 45 percent said it has requested personal information.

The list of tips for parents to protect their children on the Internet involves a predator could come through of the computer screen and pull the child into an abyss.

The best advice to protect your child from one of the potential predator is to provide Internet child with love, raising, orientation, connectivity and the time they need to succeed in life. Children with high self-esteem and strong family ties are rarely attracted by a predator. The guidance required in relation to Internet conversations, no matter the website is the same as when a stranger calls by phone or touch the bell.

or Never tell a stranger on the Internet for personal information – as well as NEVER telling anyone on the phone that they are home alone or revealing any identifying information.

o Never trust a stranger on the Internet, no matter how friendly or kind that seem to be – or if you say, "I know your mom or dad. "

or never seen with an Internet friend (unknown) – the same as always opens the door to a stranger or get into a strangers car.

It baffles me that many parents argue against what I'm saying when I speak at teacher conferences, PTO meetings, day care centers and offices pediatricians. "That will never happen in my family or my community." – He says. It seems only believe neighborhoods across the city are vulnerable to criminals sex. Studies show that sex offenders are from all occupations and economic status.

When will they leave their most closely guarded and pedophiles denial stop / Ephebophiles of proliferation. Incarcerating sex offenders after the damage has been done recently to stop the crime. Most sex offenders out of jail in four years – 85% offend. Not to mention the most sex offenders in the family. We to change the approach to stop this insidious crime.
