vice president cheney

Recently Vice President Cheney lobbied Congress in an attempt to block HB2082 bill, a bill banning torture. When the bill passed by both Houses, President Bush just vetoed. 8. Despite what our president says, water boarding has been considered torture since the Spanish Inquisition. Moreover, being forced to remain for days is unbearable. If our President does not believe that these forms of interrogation including torture, could perhaps volunteer to try experiencing extreme interrogation itself.
9. Torture is demeaning to the victim and executioner. It is degrading to our country and all citizens who allow torture to continue.
Remember, if it can happen to a person, it can happen to you. Tell Mr. Bush and our representatives in Washington that the deplore torture …
